The Brownie Baker takes pride in their customer service department! We make the ordering process as convenient as possible. Once you are set up as a customer, you can either phone or fax in your order. We can supply you with order forms or you can use your own. We ask for five days lead time (five working days from the order to shipping), but understand that occasionally there are special circumstances. A packing slip is sent with each order so you can verify the shipment. You will receive your invoice via mail within a couple of days of receiving your order. Our terms are net 15 days.
